  • A Konkani short film ‘Wagro’ by young Goan filmmaker Sainath Uskaikar has been officially accepted for screening at the Cannes Film Festival  2022. The film, ‘Wagro’, which translates to ‘place of sacrifice’, will be screened in the Short Film Corner category at the festival.
