           Principal, Goa College of Engineering, Farmagudi-Goa invites on behalf of the Governor of Goa sealed item rate tender in two bid system namely Technical bid and commercial bid from eligible bidders for the supply of the following items.

           The Earnest Money, cost of tender form and tender processing fee should be deposited along with the tenders in the appropriate form as given in the detail notice. The last date for requesting the tender document is up to 24/03/2014. DEATIL TENDER NOTICE

Principal, Goa College of Engineering, Farmagudi-Goa invites on behalf of the Governor of Goa sealed item rate tender in two bid system namely Technical bid and commercial bid from eligible bidders for the supply of the following items.

1.      The tender documents consisting of specifications, quantity of item and the set of terms and conditions of contract to be complied with and other necessary documents can be seen from web site http://www.etender.goa.gov.in or www.tenderwizard.com/GOA.

2.      The interested bidders who wish to participate in the tender has also to make the following payments in the form of demand draft/pay order of any scheduled bank/nationalized bank payable at Ponda Goa, shall be scanned and uploaded to the e-tendering web site by 4.00 pm on 24/03/2014.

1.      Cost of tender document as specified above (non-refundable) in form of DD/Pay order from Scheduled/nationalized bank drawn in favour of Principal, Goa College of Engineering, Farmagudi,  payable at Ponda.

2.      Earnest money as specified above  in form of DD/Pay order from Scheduled/nationalized bank drawn in favour of Principal, Goa College of Engineering, Farmagudi,  payable at Ponda.

3.      A demand draft for Rs.1,500/- (non refunable) drawn on any nationalized/schedule bank in favour of "Infotech Corporation of Goa Ltd." Payable at Panjim-Goa as tender processing fee.

4.      Attested copy of valid registration certificate.

5.      Attested copy of PAN CARD.

3.      The Demand draft/Pay order drawn in the favour of Principal, Goa College of Engineering, 

       Farmagudi  payable at Ponda on any schedule/nationalized bank towards the cost of EMD, shall

      be placed in single envelop superscribed as "Earnest Money" with the name of work and 

      due date of opening of the bid mentioned thereon.

              Copy of certificates of past supplies, audited balance sheet, certificates and other documents,

             mentioned above shall be scanned and uploaded to the e-tendering web site by 3.00 pm on

             08/04/2014. The certified copies of each shall be deposited in a separate envelop marked a

            "eligibility documents".

       Both the envelops shall be placed in another envelop with due mention of name of work, date and

       the opening of the tender and is to be submitted to the office of the Principal, Goa College of

       Engineering, Farmagudi Ponda Goa latest by 3.00 pm on 08/04/2014.

       On line tender documents will be issued to only those bidders whose cost of tender documents

      and e-tender fee are found in order on or before 24/03/2014 upto 4.00 pm.

4.      Technical bid shall be opened on 08/04/2014 at 3.30 pm in the office of the Principal, Goa College of Engineering, Farmagudi Ponda. The time and date of opening of Financial bid of the bidder qualifying, shall be communicated to them at a later date.

5.      The Principal reserves the right to reject any prospective application without assigning any

      reason.
