I feel extremely privileged to be associated with such an esteemed college, it has provided me with plethora of opportunities to prove myself in the area of Mechanical Engineering. The constant guidance and motivation provided by professors has helped me to create a strong and structured foundational base and to excel in the area of Mechanical engineering. The various co-curricular activities and workshops helped me to boost my confidence and gain skills necessary to excel in my professional life.

I graduated in 2019 (Batch of 2015-19) as a Mechanical Engineering. Currently, I'm working as a Contract Manager in Heavy Earth Moving Machineries (HEMM) Department of Sindesar Khurd Mines (Underground Mines), Hindustan Zinc Ltd (HZL) based at Udaipur, Rajasthan. I'm proud that I was a part of Goa College of Engineering, premier Engineering institute in Goa and I could learn from best in class professors from Goa. I still feel I'm in college and learning from where I left.

The faculty and the workshop facility doesn't just make you learn engineering but makes you experience and understand whats its means to be an engineer and to be outperform your self expectations. The ecosystem greatly contributes in developing one's leadership/ relation building/ public speaking/ team building skills.

Goa college of engineering is a where I found knowledge, experience, adventures, and many more under one roof. Those 4 years at GEC I learnt a lot about engineering and life at the same time. It provides great opportunity for students to pursue there academic and non-academic skills. Gec provide students with various platforms with whome they can excel their career and explore new fields. Having discussion about latest technologies and innovation outside our mechanical workshop it some still very fresh in my mind. Various laboratories sessions are the things that I miss alot. Faculty and staff of mechanical are doing excellent work in providing best of the knowledge and facilities to students
