•The Association of Electronics and Telecommunication Students (ASSETS) was formed with the primary aim of bringing the students of the Electronics and Telecommunication Department together as a single unit to work for the development of the students in both co-curricular and extra-curricular fields and that of the department as a whole.
•The ASSETS council Inauguration is held annually in August during which Guest Lectures are organised.
•The 3-day National level Technical Event RESONANCE is held in February during which a number of events and competitions are conducted.
•Organises several workshops on topics such as Raspberry Pi, IOT, Cloud Computing, Python Programming, SCADA, Arduino programming around the year.
•The students participate in the annual inter department cultural competition TANDAV and other institute events such as PLEXUS, VISTARA, TECHNOVA, TECHNOVATION winning laurels to the Department
