Academic Section holds all the student information, which may be both personnal details as well as academic records. It also carries out all the exam related activities like generating an eligibility list, issuing of hall tickets, distribution of exam forms, announcement of results and distribution of marksheets and other student related activities like issuing of identity cards. It comprises of two sub-section

Academic Section

It deals with Goa University affilation process, Eligibility checking (all sem), Income related matter process for fees concession, Examination form processing(4th to 8th sem) sending to Goa University, Issue of hall tickets & marksheet(4th to 8th sem), Processing and issue of identity card, All certificates such as Bonified Leaving transference etc, Matters related to stastics, Education verification, Scholarship, Railway concession .

Examination Section

It deals with Examination 1st to 4th sem include examination form processing and issue of seat number,Issue of hall ticket,Collect examiner list for for answer book evaluation & deciding examiner,Issue of examiner(answer book evaluation) order,Receiving answer booklets & coding,Dispatch to examinier & receiving ,decoding & preparation & declaring result,Feeding internal test marks, preparation , printing & issue,checking & clearing renumeration,Bill of examiner,Correspondance reguarding 1st to 4th sem with Goa University & state printing required for 1st to 4th examination,1st year engineering admission to college.entrollment form(Registration &eligiblity),processing of 1st year student &sending to Goa University.
