The Establishment section mainly deals with:
Appointment of all teaching and supporting staff.
A college to run successfully requires an excellent teaching staff which guides students to their desired destinations. so appointment of this teaching staff is a challenging job. This is undertaken by the Establishment Section. Faculties can be appointed as permanent faculties, contract faculties or visiting faculties. Along with this the appointment of supporting staff(non-teaching staff) is also equally important. All this is handled by this section
Service condition regulation of all employees.
All the faculties have to undergo training. Courses are conducted in consideration of the same.All these arrangements and facilities are provided

Faculty CAS.
CAS means " Carrier Advancement Scheme ". All the faculties must undergo eight program in seven years and facilities for the same ar provided by the Establishment section. This is an attempt to enhance the performance of the teaching staff.

Annual CR maintenance.
It maintains the CR or the "Character Record" of all the employees associated with the college. These reports are prepared by the department heads of the respective departments.

Security of College property and resources.
The college property is so vast and precious that it needs to be protected from any sorts of damage or robbery. The security of all the equipments is also a matter of concern for this section.

Attending to students' greivances.
It also deals with students problems if any in a very efficient and effective manner.It would be apt to say that it is an interface between the students and the management.
